Start with our main product: the PU sandwich panel

Most of BRNG's named projects start here. Rigid polyurethane between two metal skins gives a light, clean panel that holds temperature and goes up quickly, as a sandwich panel for cold storage, walls, ceilings and roofing.

Match the panel thickness to your room

Thickness is the first decision that sets both your running cost and your budget. Try each one to see where it is typically used.

Read the thickness guide

Choose an insulation thickness (mm)

100 mm

100 mm: a common choice for walk-in chillers, and the low end for freezers.

Typical starting points only. We confirm final thickness from your room's temperature and heat load.

Buy the whole room from one team

When panels, door, floor and refrigeration come from different suppliers, gaps between them become your problem. BRNG supplies and installs all six.

Get answers before you ask

How much does a cold room cost in the Philippines?

It depends on room size, temperature, panel thickness, refrigeration capacity, doors, floor works and site location, so we quote each room rather than publish a price list. Send your rough size and location for a quotation. Our cost guide explains what moves the price.

What panel thickness does a cold room need?

As a starting point, chillers typically use 75 to 100 mm, freezers 100 to 150 mm and blast freezers 150 to 200 mm of PU or PIR. Final thickness comes from your room's temperature and heat load. See the thickness guide.

Do you only sell complete cold rooms, or can I buy panels only?

Both. We supply complete cold rooms and also supply panels only. Contractors in Bacolod, Tarlac and Cavite have bought panels from us for poultry, food plant and events hall projects.

Do you work outside Metro Manila?

Yes. Our named projects include Baguio, Tarlac, Bataan, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Bacolod, Guimaras and General Santos. Tell us your location when you request a quote, because delivery and installation are part of the price.

Which refrigeration brands do you use?

Our refrigeration units use Bitzer and Copeland, and our product list also includes Tecumseh. Units come with a control panel, oil separator, accumulator, receiver tank, filter drier, sight glass and high and low controls.

What do you need from me to prepare a quote?

Room type, project location and rough size are enough to begin. Tell us what you will store and any drawings you already have. If you are unsure, choose "not sure yet" and we will ask the right questions.

Can you make a cold room for meat, fish or pharmaceutical products?

Yes. We have worked with slaughterhouse, poultry, food processing, freezing and beverage clients, and our client list includes pharmaceutical companies. Tell us the product and required temperature, including any storage rule your regulator sets.

Tell us what you are building.

Send your room type, location and rough size. We will reply with the questions we need answered to quote it properly.
